Welcome to Issue Response LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Issue Response LLC website (www.issueresponse.com, www.savevalpo.com, et al, and any associated domains or subdomains we operate) (collectively, the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site (the "Services"). The Site and Services are owned and operated by Issue Response LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.

1. Use of Our Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Permitted Use: The Services allow you to participate in political and issue-based surveys, sign petitions, receive alerts on public policy matters, and engage with related opportunities (e.g., volunteer recruitment, fundraising appeals). You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. Surveys, Petitions, and Lead Generation

Voluntary Participation: All surveys, petitions, and forms on the Site are provided for informational and engagement purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary. By submitting a survey, petition signature, or any form, you:

• Consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your submitted information (including name, email, phone, address, ZIP code, and responses) as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Authorize us to share your information with the sponsoring campaign, organization, political committee, nonprofit, or trusted partner associated with that specific survey or petition.
• Agree that these partners may contact you via email, phone, text (SMS/MMS), automated calls, or mail regarding related opportunities, alerts, fundraising, or offers.

Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all information you provide through the Services is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating any changes to your information by contacting us.

No Guarantee of Action: Submitting a survey or petition does not guarantee that any specific action (e.g., policy change, candidate endorsement) will be taken. The Site facilitates public engagement but does not control outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Issue Response LLC, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site, except that:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Site in breach of the Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately, and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Site or any content on the Site is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Issue Response LLC. The Site may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, or other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or to us content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions").

Any User Contributions you make available through the Interactive Services will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contributions, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such User Contributions for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advocacy, or sharing with partners.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in and to your User Contributions.
• Your User Contributions do not violate the rights of any third party (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
• Your User Contributions do not contain any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

We reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to monitor, remove, or edit any User Contributions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Reliance on Information Posted

The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our Site and Services for any reconstruction of any lost data. 12. Limitation on Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL ISSUE RESPONSE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Issue Response LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (except that the mandatory provisions of the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act, if applicable, shall apply).

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Indiana, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

15. Arbitration (At Company's Discretion)

At Issue Response LLC's sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Indiana law.

16. Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

17. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of by Issue Response LLC of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Issue Response LLC to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

The Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Issue Response LLC with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
